Darcy was called to the Bar in May 2026. Prior to commencing his practice at the Bar, Darcy was a senior solicitor at the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office, principally practicing in public law and commercial dispute resolution.

In 2022, Darcy was tipstaff to the Hon Justice Lindsay AM in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Darcy accepts briefs in all areas of law and has particular interest in taxation and revenue law, administrative law, commercial disputes, equity and trusts, and the law of succession.
